My name is Hadrian Gomes, and I'm writing to ask for your help in saving my wife from the clutches of cancer (Leukaemia). I recall the day my wife was diagnosed with this terrible disease. I had no idea of the condition and how deadly it was. I couldn't believe it when the doctors explained what the sickness meant for my wife's health!  Important Medical Information: Acute myelogenous leukaemia develops when a bone marrow cell's genetic material or DNA alters (mutates).

I want to see her as healthy and joyful as she was before the disease struck, but my funds are running low. I've been working at Tech Mahindra for 12 years, but as the sole provider for our family, we've already spent lakhs on her treatment and depleted all of my savings, including selling our jewellery.

The doctors claim that the only way to relieve my wife's agony and save her is for her to have timely chemotherapy, multiple bone marrow, and regular monitoring. Even if we have a glimmer of hope, our hands are still constrained by the enormous sum required for her therapy. I did everything in my power to collect the massive sum, but all of my efforts feel insignificant in comparison to the large sum.
